Grove House is a family run Bed and Breakfast Accommodation situated in Schull County Cork Ireland. We have five beautiful rooms, all en suite, overlooking Schull harbour or Mount Gabriel. Grove House is the perfect venue for smaller functions or private dinner parties as well as a guest house. The restaurant is also open to the public.

With two reception rooms, dining room, as well as the bedrooms, there is a lot on offer within the house itself. In the summer to sit outside with a glass of wine and leisurely watch the boats go by. Or in the winter to sit down by the fire with a cup of tea and a book after a brisk walk along the seashore.

On our menu there is mainly local produce used as ingredients and what ever is in season will be on the table. We are very fortunate in Schull to have so many local producers of cheese, meat and vegetables. With the dinner we have a substantial wine list and coffee can be served in the bar where there is a piano and a small pool table.

Grove House is also of historical importance having had guests such as George B Shaw, Jack Yeats and Edith Somerville staying in the house.

As a guest in Grove House nothing is ever too much trouble and we make sure that all individual requirements are looked after.

We are open all year around with reduced rates in the off season. To contact us you can either email, phone or fax. If you are looking for something different with style, service and character, Grove House is the place.
